The Journal, as the name suggests, nudges you to dive deeper into the ocean of thoughts and emotions. It prompts you to use art as the language of to communicate with yourself. It has Sketchnotes that capture some of my biggest learnings from the last few years. It has sketching prompts that help you create little mindful spaces in your life to think, reflect and feel comfortable with the discomfort.
I've left plenty of blank pages to make sure "SketchNoting" doesn't feel intimidating. The activities will make you pause and think, maybe you'll even want to skip the pages sometime, but trust me, sit with them. The result will not disappoint you.
